"I took my mother to have both an MRI and a CT scan - she was very nervous about her appointment and scared that she would be claustrophobic during the MRI - we voiced this to Ted the technician and he made her feel very comfortable during the whole process. Reassuring her that she is doing great and also updating me to let me know how it is going. It was much appreciated as she was so nervous but with such a great tech like Ted she was able to complete the MRI, stress free! It means a lot to know we were heard. "I went in around 11/11:15a. It was quick. I got checked in and my information got entered into their system like 5 mins after I sat down. I got called back and it was a breeze. My ultrasound tech was the sweetest woman. I wish I could remember her name. But overall great staff. All smiles. Super smooth process."

"When I arrived all of the insurance information was not in the computer. The lady helping me was irritated and rightfully so. Who I communicated with in the beginning when I made this appointment should have done their due diligence to have all of the information in the computer. Once everything was verified and it was a go the test was quick and easy. Staff are friendly even the lady that was helping me."
