"I did not realize that this was not a walk-in lab. You should get an appt online. However, I was there just as they reopened after lunch and no one was there yet. Regina was super kind and squeezed me in before anyone else showed up. That kindness was much appreciated. Judging by other reviews, this is her normal work ethic. I hope that she gets recognized with a good raise for this kind of performance."

"Absolutely horrible. It’s impossible to get ahold of an actual person, there is no one at the front desk. Trying to make an appointment online is a nightmare, an appointment was made for the wrong location (not my fault, I double checked that I had the correct location). You will be waiting for hours if you’re a walk-in, even if THEY are the reason your appointment was messed up. I had to schedule a new appointment for 2 hours out and I live 40 minutes away (this is the nearest location) and have my kids with me, so now I just have to kill 2 hours with my kids, who I woke up early to come here for an appointment that apparently is in West Grove PA. One of the ladies LEFT at 8:30am so there was only one person working. There is a paper on the window saying “please don’t yell through the window”, and a message on the tv saying “you’ll be asked to leave if you act aggressively.” I pretty quickly realized why they feel the need to say that. This isn’t necessarily a reflection on the employees, they might be very pleasant. I wouldn’t know since I can’t seem to get past the front kiosk. Quest needs to fix this. I literally just need to pee in a cup, it should not be this complicated."
