"JUST CLOSE THE WHILE ENTIRE BUSINESS DOWN!!! Horrible never again! They really closed Applebee’s and Fridays down just to leave Chili’s!!!! The hostess was on the phone, the whole entire time FaceTime, and taking pictures, the food was semi-warm, and the staff was just very very relaxed at the job. I am highly disappointed. I will never bring my kids here ever again!!! The waiter. I had she was perfect. She did her job, but everybody else around her was just too comfortable for me. Don’t go here!!!"

"Awful and disrespectful service! We got on the one hour waiting list, the person that put us on the list said it would at least be an hour but could take more. We had our very hungry toddlers with us, so I asked if we could leave for a few minutes and come back before one hour passed, and they said we could. So we went out to have a walk and get our kids distracted because all they wanted to do was eat. So 40 minutes later, we go back to the restaurant and ask how the list was going, only to be told that since we left we needed to get back at the end of the list. (They didn’t even look to see where my name on the list was, they just said we had lost our spot) I told them that they had told us it was ok to leave and come back and they said that this wasn’t t true and giggled while my kids were asking us if they were going to get to eat and color now. We were surprised and just very upset, so we decided to leave in that moment. This was so disrespectful, offensive and probably the worst service I’ve seen from a restaurant, basically making fun on us. And for me to say something like that about a place and taking the time to write a review is not very common but I want to warn other people to go to a friendlier restaurant instead and save this type of treatment."

"Chili’s Grill & Bar is always one of my favorite casual dining restaurant chain. I stopped by this location and unfortunately they were short of employees. The wait was a little long and I waited about 20 minutes to have a seat. They should hire more people because every customer doesn’t have enough patience for waiting. I ordered one of their popular deal “3 For Me”. I chose drink, the bowl of original chili soup and cajun shrimp pasta. Everything was so delicious and very good. I ordered again and second time I chose drink, house salad and classic sirloin with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. All of them were tasty and very well cooked. The service was good and I knew the waitress did her best. She was the only server in the restaurant and very nice and polite host guy helped her when he got a chance. The restaurant was very clean including restroom. The atmosphere was ok, no complaints at all. I hope next time when I go back there, they will have enough employees."

"Really easy to split the bill on the ipads. The tall Hispanic server who served was so amazingly nice. We had 4 margaritas wings a salad with chips and guac. The ipads made it so so easy to pay loved them so easy to SPLIT THE BILL."

"Almost every table was empty, yet they were giving 45+ minute wait estimates for larger parties, we as a party of 2 had to wait 20 minutes for a table that had been empty for the entirety of those 20 minutes. General manager claimed that short staffing was the reason, which in this particular instance is actually believable because they only had one waitress working who was also working in the kitchen as well. Apparently, according to the GM, two of the waitresses were delayed because of the ongoing parade in Center City, which severely delayed the public transit they use to get there every day. Food was very good though, which is why I give 3 stars."
