"This office has repeatedly given my family a difficult time getting medication prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. It's taken up to 6 days and I'm told the message is "sitting on a desk" waiting to get reviewed. The latest time trying to get a medication that's on back order, I called 6 pharmacies and finally found one that had the med. 5 CALLS TO OFFICE SAME DAY, NO SCRIPT SENT. I WAS ON HOLD FOR A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS (5 different calls and call center ppl), NO MEDICATION SLIP WAS SENT TO THE PHARMACY. It's frustrating and unacceptable for this to happen over and over again."
