"Went to harrington de location when my physician was not available. First I must say that the pharmacist that assists was phenomenal even w some system glitches. My first mistake was not realizing this without an MA like Dover location. So I spoke w a nurse prac explaining my copd and chronic bronchitis. Long story short would not provide antibiotic because she couldn't listen to my lungs. Stated you have a cold. So took my COLD home and will wait for my bronchitis to require and ER visit..about 2 days! Sometimes the patient does know best especially when services were provided in past for sane issue at careport."

"I should have read the reviews before going to CarePortMD for a proactive COVID-19 test. This review is in regards to the company practices, not the providers who assisted me. The providers were great and that is why I am giving 1-Star. My job required me to have a rapid test (48-72 hours) prior to traveling. First, the scheduling system wasn't functioning properly and upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment I was not in the system. Luckily the provider scheduled me for later in the day. As I was finishing up my appointment, I was tipped off that the results of the tests were probably not going to come in within the 48-72 hours. So, I waited until the day prior to my departure for work and decided I'd go somewhere else and receive same day results. Not only did I not receive my results from CarePortMD within 48-72 hours, I never received the results. After my trip I emailed CarePortMD and never received a response. Today, almost a month after my appointment, I received a bill in the mail from the Lab that CarePortMD uses, AVERO. I know that it is the lab that most likely delayed the results; however, I do think CarePortMD is responsible for delivering the results or at least responding to customer/patient inquiries."

"My wife went for a covid test at the Acme location in Newark. She needed the test for an international flight. She was told she would have the results in 48 to 72 hours. She hasn't received the test results yet and had to cancel her flight. No one is answering the phone. Don't go here."

"Myself and Fiancé schedule a 8am and 815 appt for Covid testing 815 rolls around and no one is still here so I call the number for business. The response I get it “ she should be there soon that’s all I can tell you” very unprofessional and a headache we didn’t need on wedding day"

"Came here last week with a nasty cough that I couldn’t get rid of. My doctor hasn’t been able to see me anytime soon. I came here and they took me right away and it was a great experience there isn’t a doctor in the office they are on a screen which is pretty cool. He checked me from the webcam and has the mas do all this stuff with these things hooked up to the computer for him to see very neat. With that being said he got me the right meds to get this nasty cough away quick and easy. I will most definitely be back when I need it!"
