"Went for vehicle inspection had some unknown issues that came up I'm sure a lot of people experienced this ..anyway the customer service was great .. passed inspection once all was done cost money I did not have but it is what it is.. will return again they seemed honest and reliable Updated 6/30/2023..returned for a tire issue thought it was brakes my car was making a grinding noise..brakes clicking..and drove horrible all of a sudden I got fearful returned to this place and their mechanic looked at it I was frustrated at first then they told me it was the rear brake and caliber and pad and rotor issue on one side .. they had compassion and empathy the owner ..he was awesome actually very calm and nice when my heart was racing about the price and issue..anyway the mechanic is the best I. Richmond he is very professional and provided great service fixing my car and right before a holiday weekend!! Bryan who is extremely nice and helpful well took me to work and picked me up when my car was done I'm new to Richmond and been ripped off four times since here at places under two years living in this state this is now my new mechanic place for my car repairs..I highly recommend..I will be returning I trust them now wholeheartedly with my vehicle..everyone is helpful.professional. and nice price for this type of work was great.. I only had a little money in my account will go without food for a while but at least my car is safe now. Give this place a try you will be pleased.. the neighborhood platform when I asked others and this place came up 52 times the highest number out of all of Richmond for car service quality price and professionalism .. look no further!
