"Was completely "ghosted" if that's a way to describe how I was not ever called back for a 2nd appt., even though I called 7 times to reschedule after sending check in for payment the MOMENT i got the bill in the mail for the $ i tried to give the checkout person who said they didn't have a receipt book to take cash. Had been to one session, declined that particular therapist and was then sent a letter saying i was discharged. I even asked if I had done anything to precipitate such treatment.....no call back. 2-2-24 update; got a call back after posting Google review explaining why I hadn't been called back and an appt. has been scheduled. Read a 2024 NIH article about a study they are doing on therapist "ghosting" since having this experience. Made me feel a little better....kind of. I thought it was just me."

"I've been a cilent with them for years. I can honestly say that good therapists are few and far between. During the covid pandemic they started zoom/ on call appointments and I quite enjoyed this. This made it easier to connect with my therapist as I was more comfortable in my home. Sadly though they are changing thier Policies . I think its a poor choice. Especially with what the work is. Sitting in a office talking to someone. That can be done on a phone"
"I was discharged for missing several appointments while on a relapse. I successfully completed a 60 inpatient treatment center. Providing documentation to four all seasons who refused to allow me to re-enroll. I am still currently without medication or therapy and unable to find a provider in my area as I am without transportation."
"I have had one of the hardest years. I honestly don't know how I would have made it through with out this team of amazing humans. Lesa L and Mary B have been the greatest support system a person could ask for. But it is not just them who make it an all around great place. Every time you call (for the 100th time) asking what time your appointment is you treated so kind! When you walk in the door everyone at the front desk makes you feel warm and welcome. I feel truly bless we have this organization in our community. Not sure how I would have made it through without all of them!"
