"Went in to get my radio installed over a year ago and since then I’ve had no heat and anyone I know who knows about cars can’t seem to fix it. There was also some damage such as what looks like scratch marks in the dash and a piece of my air vent was smashed from what looks like the result of pure frustration. Radio works good though. Wouldn’t recommend unless you can patch these up yourself and fix your own climate controls."

"I installed an aftermarket radio in my truck. This is something I had done before without any problems. This time there was a problem. I had no power, and finding and fixing this was outside my skillset. I noticed on some reviews for Mobile 1 Audio that they had helped customers with the same issue I had, that is fixing my DIY. They looked at my "handywork", stripped some wires, did some rewiring, and as quick as that the radio I put in that wasn't getting any power, was now getting power and working. I can't say enough about their customer service, prompt service, and quick effective knowledge of the situation. On top of all this, they charged an unbelievably reasonable low price .I never do reviews, but I had to in this case. I can't recommend these guys enough."

"First time i used mobile 1 audio was when I needed to install a 12inch screen in my car. I called them around 6pm, thinking they would tell me to make an appointment. The owner told me to bring it down to the shop, I went to the shop and the tech spent several hours getting it installed. The owner charged me very little for the job, that doesn't happen anywhere else. I called him again to install ambient lights in my mercedes. The tech had a small issue with the installation, he and the owner called me and discussed the issue, they made sure I was aware of everything. It came out great. I also bought rims and tires. The owner made sure the job was done in a timely matter. I was really impressed with the dedication, professionalism and the determination to make me (customer) happy. I will be back!!!"
