Royal Farms

"What a shame! Corporate invested in a beautiful facility and the employees have trashed it. Garbage everywhere, the gas pumps have missing hoses, overflowing garbage baskets. The staff was more concerned with eating chicken at the cash register vs taking care of customers. Very bad experience. New store management needed, for sure."

"This is closest gas station to my work, but this is the worst royal farms around. They use to have great management, but the big guy left and the place is horrible. Most employees are rude, don't care, (new latino guy is good), and always bums around. Take the extra few mins and go to wawa."

"I frequently visit this location for it's convenient placement, however after today I think I will solely use it for fuel only. As this is a fairly new store, it has become apparent that the over all quality is deteriorating very quickly. The staff's customer service 50/50, you may get a few friendly ones, but sadly I've encountered more negative & lazy employees. The overall cleanliness is horrible, both in the restrooms & lobby. I know gas station food can be 50/50 as well, but after tonight never again. Was shocked that I paid $6.99 for an Italian that was slimy & literally thrown together. I watched a staff member use napkins & water from the soda fountain to wash the glass of the donuts case. She was splashing that mixture onto the donuts in the case. IDK never again, this place needs an over haul."
