"The receptionist Alicia is rude, gave me a hard time trying to schedule my daughter's appointment. Raised her voice to me and was not helpful or pleasant. I assume she doesn't like hee job very much. She seemed very annoyed. If this is who is representing your office, the doctor must be rude also."

"I have to give another 5 star to this office. My daughter is 13 months old and she had her very first cleaning a couple weeks ago and the way Dr. Harris handled her was nothing short of perfect. She is very skiddish and hates anyone touching her mouth but she made our visit super fun, easy and quick!! My family is getting on board and making appointments for their kids too!"

"I have been taking both of my kids here since their birth. My daughter is now 17 and my son is 15. Dr.Victoria Levin has provided them with outstanding care and I am grateful that she has been their pediatrician all of these years. I have seen every doctor at this practice over the years for various sick visits and have received excellent care every time. The office stafff is courteous, professional and efficient. The office itself is decorated beautifully and I have never had a problem getting an appointment or speaking with a nurse on the phone if I needed advice over the years. The ONLY reason my kids will stop going to Pediatric Associates is because at some point, they will be too old! You won’t find a better pediatrician. I travel from Middletown."

"We had an overall good experience with the doctors and staff until we found out they misdiagnosed our daughter's PFAPA periodic fevers, dismissing them as viruses very month despite the all the lab work with high inflammatory markers and her fevers didn't respond to medicine. All the signs and symptoms were there, she would have a severe sore throat with negative strep tests, and fevers as high as 104.8. She suffered too long and fortunately we were able to piece it together on our own thank God. She had her tonsils removed and no longer has the fevers. Then Dr. Cohn misdiagnosed our second daughter, we took her in to the office highly suspecious of an inguinal hernia. It was bulging out in certain positions but he said it wasn't a hernia, it didn't meet the criteria. It got bigger with time and would bulge out even more when she'd cry, it was too obvious it was a hernia. At that point we switch all our kids to a different pediatrician. She referred us to AI Dupont to a surgeon and indeed it was a hernia! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office after my experience with them."
