I brought the vehicle in and they removed the screw and repaired. Again very pleased with service and respect from the staff. Keep up the great work and service."

"I have been a customer for over 12 years at the New Castle store, In for a oil change and tire rotation, usually no problems on service but tires didn't get rotated as requested and service manager attempted to tell me otherwise and not until I brought it up to his attention he gave me a reason why but never discussed anything with me prior. (my tires were marked) Double check work performed as I noticed new employees as well."

"Picked up new wheels from Tire Rack right up the street and had Just Tires install them. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Care was also taken not to scuff up the new wheels during install which was highly appreciated! Will gladly do business with again!"
