"Why are there so many bad reviews? I got a DUI in 2013 in North Carolina, im trying to get my license in Delaware now. But the reviews im seeing are making me think I should not do it. Can someone from thresholds please reach out so I can get some information?"

"Very, very poorly marked building. The sign is hard to see from the highway. Theres no signs in the parking lot to the entrance, and once you enter the outside door you're in a room again with three unmarked doors. I knocked on all three, no response. Went out to my car to call and ask where should I go, and it went right to a voicemail during regular business hours. I got charged an extra 35 dollars for missing an appointment I couldnt even find because the building is so poorly setup."

"Money grab, under the guise of “addiction counseling” so nobody questions it... very rude counselors and office workers in my experience. It’s not hard to be courteous and decent. The state of delaware is sanctioning this also"

If they were actually a real company that wanted to help with drug and opiate issues they would actually be for legalization considering it has been proven for years that cannabis helps people off of opiates with less chance of relapse. This place is an absolute disgrace. Don't bother donating to them."
