"The receptionist is cold and rude. I watched her treat other patients like absolute dirt. I will avoid this location. At Quest, everyone is so nice."

"The receptionist/lady at front desk is extremely rude. Her lack of customer service skills should require her to obtain a career in a non customer facing industry. Also, maybe utilize the mask to cover your own mouth it required by patients."

"Tiffany, the technician who did my blood work was a sweetheart. I had to he stuck twice because I fell short on a vial. While this wasn't her fault, she was very apologetic and did an IV in the top of the hand, both good on the first try. Check-in kiosks made everything way easier, in and out in 45min, probably less than that even. All the staff were friendly. I'll be returning to this location for future labs."

"I went in and realized I had lost my ID, so I went to DMV and got a new one. Went back in. When I checked in, they asked for my registration #. She wrote it down on a blue sticky note, kept my ID and put the blue sticky note on top and put it to the right of her. I didn’t think anything of it, thinking this is standard protocol for them. Went back, did what I needed to do, gathered my stuff and left. Totally forgetting they had my ID. I left 3 voicemails yesterday with no return calls. Stopped in this morning to get my ID and after “looking” she couldn’t locate it. Stated it would have been in the basket with my belongs- only my belongings were never in a basket, instead they were on the side of a counter. I had my new ID in my possession for less then an hour yesterday and it’s “gone” again. I left another voicemail this morning explaining I did not have it and it is definitely there. I shouldn’t be spending another $20 for an ID that I didn’t lose. And once again- I can’t get anyone to help! Never again."

"Fast service. But the nurse/receptionist was extremely rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience the moment I walked thru the door. No eye contact or acknowledgement. After I got my blood work I had a massive bruise on my inner arm bc she couldn't find a vein to draw blood from...in both arms you couldn't locate a vein? C'mon now. This location is recommended for speed only, not convenience."
