Karen was really friendly and nice, we enjoyed conversating with her and she was very welcoming. "My husband purchased two gift certificates for me. I used the on-line booking tool to book a massage on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. While there was a statement somewhere on her site that she does not accept gift certificates for holiday weekends, I did not see it when I booked the massage, and the booking tool did not decline my gift certificate as a method of payment. When she notified me via email that she would not accept the gift certificate on the holiday weekend, I asked for a refund. She tried to get me to book another date but I could not find a time on her schedule that worked with mine. Without apology or any consideration for the customer, she said she does not refund gift certificates. It is definitely not about the customer here. She ends up with the cash, two very disappointed customers and a bad review. You can be certain we will not only rip up the gift certificates we will certainly tell everyone we know about the experience."
