"Probably dodged a bullet not going here. I called on Thursday at 11:30am and got their voicemail so I left a message requesting a call back to see if they were accepting new patients. Didn’t hear back so I called again the next day at 11:30am. This time someone answered the phone that was less than pleasant to talk to. She stated they were not accepting new patients. But after this interaction I wouldn’t want to go here anyway. Between the unprofessionalism of the staff choosing to not return my call and then the unpleasant tone of the person I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with I think it’s better for the community that they aren’t taking new patients."

"Horrible Horrible experience… do not go with a chipped tooth they do nothing at all. Take an X Ray refer you to a place that does root canals and they tell you the root canal place will give you a temporary cap. Well they don’t so I call back smyrna dental and they say don’t have an open appointment for FOUR MONTHS so you will have to walk around with half a tooth looking like a crack head for FIVE Months. 0 stars for me"

"Front office provides subpar service and is unorganized. Visited 3 times over the last year and was less than satisfied. They’re one of the only places accepting new patients and there’s a reason for it. Honest review, just the way it is."

"Normally I don't have issues but they are being weird bout mask policy. They plan on keeping it even after universal lift. I asked nicely if they would take a exemption since I have one and they said no. I stated nicely that there is not any scientific proof to back up wearing them and the girl decided to let me know that the conversation would end if I discussed it further. I was nice so all she had to say was no and I can't change that. She disagreed with me so she couldn't handle that and was wanting to end call. If ppl have a exemption they need to take it."

"I’m grateful for this dental office! The dentist is understanding and easy to work with. I had so many problems with other dentist and my teeth and affordability in my life and I switched to this office and I was able to do everything I needed and with a payment plan which for me was so helpful and you really can’t find that anywhere! So I would absolutely recommend this office. The staff is very pleasant and nice, scheduling is very easy. I’m very happy being there patient!"
