"This place has become the absolute worst!!!! My mother has had dr lim as her primary care dr for over 20 years! Recently my mother has become ill as of may and has been in the hospital on and off, dr lim hasn’t came once to see her! Her last appointment had to be cancel since she was in the hospital, so because of that they will not give her a referral to a rehabilitation center. You call the office the phone just rings…. So if your thinking of this office as your primary drs please think again"

"My son had been a patient here for 10 years. It use to be a great place. Now, with whoever took it over, the staff is very rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone. You'll be on hold for 30 minutes patiently waiting for the other 11 callers ahead of you only to get to caller number one and sent to voicemail with a promise of a return call in 24 hours. Obviously if I'm waiting 30 minutes it's because I need to speak to someone now. This has happened several times. Although his doctor is good at what she does, it is not worth having to put up with an unorganized rude staff."

"They are the only pediatrician in Smyrna which is great; however, they NEVER pick up the phone. The phone rings forever and when they finally do answer, they ask you to hold. They have extended hours which is nice; however, you are stuck waiting forever, entirely way to long. As far as the service it’s ok, not too bad but I had better. I’m in the process of looking for a new Dr for my kids. My daughter continued to get ear infections and they put her on a antibiotics every time. I got tired of it and took her to A.I, they immediately Schedule her for tubes. I can’t hade the long waits and phone ringing, they have a sign up that’s says to just come in if you can’t get through. That is extremely inconvenience when you just have a question. I will be switching my kids to another Dr."

"My entire family have been patients there for over 20 years . It used to be a great place with great staff not so much anymore. The staff is VERY rude you can't get in when you are sick, they are real quick to tell you to go to a walk in clinic, that is if they even answer the phone! Don't bother leaving a message because they won't return it! You walk in and the window is covered in "notices" they don't greet you and you have to sign in even if you have a question or they won't help you!! I complained multiple times and the office manager acted shocked that I was offered a "sick" appointment a week from the day I called and was told "well guess you will have to go to a walk in!" Not once but twice and yet nothing was done! If you do get an appointment expect to be there at least 2 hours but if you are 15 minutes late you have to reschedule no exceptions! I am currently in the process of finding a new doctor!! I love Dr.Rosal and he's been good to my family but I'm DONE!!! It saddens me that he has allowed his staff to run that place into the ground like they have!!! It pains me to write such a horrible review but the incredibly rude staff is to thank for this!"

"Appreciate all of the hard working staff and Doctors. They are very accommodating especially with extended hours for the working people. I have been a patient for 13 years and my daughter is as well for the past 14 years. It's nice to see friendly people and when you need a good doctor the are close by. Think of it this way all good doctors are busy. Extra questions often come up in the doctors office. So please remember they could be seeing a very sick person and they needed to spend a little extra time answering questions. I have not had any issues with doctors being delayed an hour only waiting 20 minutes or even 45 is plenty reasonable. I am very happy with my care over the years and will continue to refer friends and family. Thank you!!"
