He was invalidated his entire visit, interrupted consistently, and treated in a transphobic manner, despite being a cis man and presenting as such. This place needs younger, and/or more therapists that are lgbtq+ friendly, and that don't treat patients as though they are mentally ill, simply for being queer. Patients are more than procedure."
