"Michell Jordan is my nurse practitioner PCP. She has diagnosed a few things, but more importantly provided good continuity of care for my chronic diseases. The waiting time is often long once in the exam room and they run a little late for video appts. It's still worth it to be heard, have such good listening skills, solid diagnoses, referrals and treatments. UM Shore's Primary Care at Centreville is excellent at responding to prescription refill requests and messages in MyChart. They are attentive when checking in or out, getting vitals and history. So far, I wouldn't go anywhere else."

I currently see Dr Roberts but know and feel very comfortable with everyone after 10 years under their occasional care. Quick and connected to any additional services I may need, scheduling and referrals are all easy to follow. There are conveniences due to their system being connected to a giant hospital system that is local."
