"My partner went here for help with his mental health, and was greeted with a therapist that not only misgendered him from the get go, but treated him as though his queer identity was the only possible source for his mental health struggles. He was invalidated his entire visit, interrupted consistently, and treated in a transphobic manner, despite being a cis man and presenting as such. This place needs younger, and/or more therapists that are lgbtq+ friendly, and that don't treat patients as though they are mentally ill, simply for being queer. Patients are more than procedure."
