"I've been with doctor Helou's office for almost 5 years. I like him a lot as a doctor he's very understanding and very helpful but the receptionist are very rude and disrespectful. My test results has been back for a week now I've been calling nobody will not call me back . I have a serious infection and it's like they don't wanna help. I really like doctor Helou but these women he has working for him needs a serious attitude adjustment. I had to seek another doctor to get treated. Sad"

I called last friday 1/15 to get my husband's lab results that he had done on 1/7, they still where not reviewed by the dr and Amy told me I'd receive a call. called today 1/19 and no one ever put a note for a provider to review his labs, and so now we still wait. I just think it's a little ridiculous that over a week later and still not informed of results.."
