"This starbucks feels like an actual cafe with proper seating and courteous staff. The other ones in center city are just dirty and tiny."
"They always allow the homeless to sit inside. Use the restroom and destroy the restroom. I come in from time to time to get a coffee or use the restroom. I work 40+ hours a week and sometimes I can't make it home to use the restroom. Update 1/20/24 They still don't clean the bathroom and the bathroom is still always out of toilet paper. The workers still bang on the bathroom like EVERYONE is on drugs. They have a so called 15 minute time limit on the use of the bathroom but bang on the bathroom door if you're in the bathroom more than 5 minutes if someone is waiting on the bathroom."
"Pretty good, clean (rare these days) Starbucks, much space. It was overall beyond what i would expect from Starbucks in Philadelphia. If you find a seat, it is very convenient to do some quick work between meetings."
"It's very dirty. I sat on sticky on one of the chairs. The tables always are dirty. (And I go early in the morning so there's no way it got like that so quickly.) The bathroom is locked which is good but it still needs to be attended to and cleaned throughout the day. It never looks like it's been mopped, or disinfected. Because of the number of homeless people that come here, it's important to stay extra diligent. Perhaps offering a job to someone homeless to help clean throughout the day would a win win!"
"All right please don't hate me but, I was homeless from March 2022 to July 2023, and I used to come here for a safe, warm (or cool) space , often purchasing when I could, but I sometimes would spend a few hours there depending on what time I thought I afforded myself. Everyone was SUPER cool. They never looked at me weird, and always allowed me to use the bathroom. Man that is what more of this world needs. Friendliness and compassion. This location literally helped me survive a very rough time of my life, and it's still a favorite hang spot of mine now that I am housed. :)"
