"Dr. Picazo is great. I would have rated 5 stars, but the staff needs to be retrained very unprofessional. If I am calling for a personal reason, I'd like my doctor to have the final say on my treatment, not some receptionist know it all. Then, he refuses to transfer me to another person. Bonnie was rude the whole time cutting me off, trying to give her input on my concern. Making comments about 1 appointment from years ago I missed. I just had a baby 6 months ago and a very hard and scary pregnancy and delivery."

"It's very disheartening to read negative reviews about Dr. Picazo. Some of the negative comments are about things that are out of the Dr.s or his staff's control. This seems unfair. Dr. Picazo has been my Dr. for over 25 years. I can honestly say I have NEVER had a more caring Dr. in all my of 53 years. He delivered 2 of children and showed nothing but an amazing bed side manor. His staff are very profession and compassionate as well. When I had a miscarriage Dr. Picazo personally came to the hospital at midnight and be wasn't even on call that night. The following day his receptionist called to check on me and a few days later Dr. Picazo himself called. I have recommended him to many people all of whom have had positive experiences with him and his office. It's no surprise that when my daughter and daughter in-law found out they were expecting I knew Dr. Picazo was the one I wanted bringing my grandchildren into the world. Twenty five years later and has delivered my daughter and 5 of my grandchildren . :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)"

I always received the highest care from him and his office. If I could’ve taken him and just moved the entire office with me across country so I could stay a patient with him, I would have."
