"Dr. Badillo doesn’t care about his patients. He stopped giving my sister her diabetes medication and she passed away in November. He also, wouldn’t give my niece a letter stating she’s able to be her own payee for her learning disability since her mother passed away. Instead he wanted her to see a psychiatrist. He doesn’t care that she have bills to pay next month."

"I’m glad I’m not the only one that had problems there, they are trying to charge me from bills from 2017 on and never sent me a bill because for all these years they put the wrong number on my insurance claims and now they sent my bills to a collection company. Never in 2017,2018,19 ,20 or 21 when I went in the office they told me I had unpaid bills, which by the way I don’t because I paid my co paids but because they enter the wrong info it shows unpaid. My credit score it’s excellent and now it shows that it dropped 160 points because of this. I have been trying to fix this with the billing department but they are just as bad. Also he has sent me to different specialist in the past 5 years and I never had an issue with any of them, I paid what they told me I owed and that was it. It’s a shame that I worked so hard and pay always on time all my bills and because of their office staff and also the doctor that didn’t step in on this I have to deal with this. I actually spoke on the phone with dr Badillo about this but he did not help me at all. From 2022 I have a new doctor and no issues with billing or co pays anymore."

"Since Dr Badillo joined United Medical getting a referral is always a major issue, no one picks up request from phone prompts have to call speak to patient account rep who then contacts referral area to issue, always done late even with a week advance notice. Also can’t get a sick visit appointment for over a month which is unacceptable. The wait time is always an hour past scheduled time. We have to find a new PCP because if this. Dr Badillo is a great doctor however the group he is now affiliated with is not a good practice to have our care through. Totally fed up with their incompetence."

"Good luck dealing with the office personnel. Either poorly trained or simply no work ethic. Very difficult to get an answer from them without getting into an almost heated discussion. You can forget about them placing your prescriptions properly. Dr Badillo is ok. But unfortunately this is just a reflection of his ability to maintain a professional and positive office."

"I do not recommend this office, the Doctor is not the problem, its the untrained staff. They are rude and argumentative. They are simply impossible to schedule an appointment. 6 plus weeks just because I only have Wednesday availability is unacceptable. Having to leave the line and check with their manager three times is a joke. During last years open enrollment I made sure they doctor was covered, they stated my insurance was not accepted. After fighting over that, guess what it is accepted. Again the office staff is killing this business. Too sad."
