"Attempted to use a coupon for a cigarette purchase this morning, the manager/cashier was very rude and spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone in front of other employees and customers causing me tremendous embarrassment insinuating that I was attempting fraud. I was unaware of the electronic coupon policy. She was so adamant about being rude that she didn’t even card me (for age verification) yet she spoke to me so rudely. I would think that the priority would be upholding the law in age verification regarding cigarette sales over a $2.50 cigarette coupon! This was my last day going to royal Farms. I’ll burn my gas and patronize Wawa where my business is appreciated and the staff is at least friendly and welcoming. Poor customer interaction is absolutely unacceptable!"
