"Far and away the best coffee shop in Delaware! They make their own latte flavors (no big containers of syrups with artificial flavoring), have scratch-made pastries that change daily, and delicious breakfast sandwiches (and lunch sandwiches too!). This place is also super kid-friendly. They have a bookshelf with kids books, coloring books and crayons, and a few simple toys. Sleeping Bird is our favorite place!"

"Just passing through on a road trip and we were so blown away by the food! Perfectly warmed bread, high quality ingredients, and despite my hesitation, an avocado toast that rocked my socks and is absolutely worth the 10 bucks. Coffee is great and they have fun special drinks besides. Staff were super friendly and the vibe is great! Wish we lived nearby so we could visit more often."

"First visited Sleeping Bird shortly after they opened a few years ago. Unfortunately my schedule precludes me from being able to stop here. Today my schedule changed and we were able to come back. Sleeping Bird is in my top 10 coffee shops, if not my top 5. The espresso is superb and their home made syrups complement the drink perfectly. We also tried the Espresso Cinnamon Chip Blondie and the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie. Both we also highly recommend!"

"A cool coffee shop at the Miller Road Station. Perfect addition to accompany WBM & La Pizzeria Metro, which are also some of my favorite brewery and pizza places in the area. Coffee here is great. I also enjoy the dirty chai, delicious without being too sweet. Just a hint of sweetness. There is a small park across the plaza for a picnic. Lots of trees so pretty shady. There are also picnic tables in the grass area of the plaza, by the parking lot. I wish they added patio umbrellas since it gets really hot there."
