"This should be illegal! I am sick, went to the store and got myself this product. To then get home and realize it’s a free part of the product but you have to request it by mail. What the heck? A store should not sell items like this."

"Way better than the other Walgreens I've been to. Pharmacy staff is awesome. I mean the people who actually handle, fill, and ring up prescriptions. There's a manager who could improve his people skills (I've never seen do any of the technical work other than hovering over pharmacy staff shoulders, so I don't know his actual function) but everyone else is great. It's busy often, but even then they are friendly, professional, and willing to hear your concerns."
