"I have had numerous bad experiences at CVS pharmacy's over the years. Last spring I became my mom's primary care giver. She has used CVS pharmacy for years for her prescriptions. Even though we moved, I figured it would just be easier sticking with CVS for her medications. I am SO glad I did. This pharmacy is now my absolute favorite. The lead pharmacist/manager is one of the most personable and friendly person that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. And he seems to have surrounded himself with employees that have customer service as their focus. He leads them with a \"how can I help\" attitude that is missing in so many retail/customer facing establishments today. He was very patient telling us what was the problem. With his analysis, we were able to navigate the complexity of our doctor and the insurance company before getting my prescription.
