"I used to think the manager here hated me and my son because we would always come in and take free creamers because I was broke and had coffee at home but she’s a real sweetheart. My favorite Dunkin in deleware."

"You literally have to take a sip of your coffee before you leave every time you order from that specific location because they absolutely will not make it right the first or the second time. It’s really weird especially when you’re paying for the extra pumps of syrup and such yet won’t provide it. I’ve personally I have had to drive back."

"Not only are the donuts undercooked and overpriced, but for some strange reason whenever I place my order thru the app I’m always waiting for it to be prepared… AFTER I’ve arrived. And ALL I EVER ORDER ARE 25 GLAZED MUNCHKINS!!!!! Which I don’t even get all 25 of because the older white lady there in the morning shorts me. Definitely not my first choice but it’s convenient depending on the day."
