"I've only been here for 9 ball tri annuals and it was packed so obviously the service was gonna be slower I get that. Just not enough room for that many people in my opinion. 2 people from a team could sit down everyone else was standing and it was shoulder to shoulder. Nice diamond tables at $1.50 a game parking also sucked. On a regular night I'm sure this place is fine."

"They refused to give tap water for free. Pretty sure that's illegal for an establishment licensed to serve alcohol. I'm not paying for a water bottle after I just spent $8.75 on a SINGLE alcoholic beverage. Water is what helps people sober up and keep guests safe. If I go there and get refused tap water again I'll be making an official report with the State. Train your staff better or hire people more qualified. There's laws for a reason"
