Domino's Pizza 1202 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720

"Wanted to order Pizza a little late took them over an Hour to deliver my pizza. When I called to see what was going on was on hold for over 30mins no one never answered. I decided to go to the store to see what was wrong and to cancel my order waited there for about 5mins for someone to come to the front she explained she only had 1 delivery person and she turned the phones off so she can clean and that it is a horrible idea to order online I should call the store. Worst experience with Dominos I ever had. Got home and the pizza was nasty."

"12/29/23 - the man working did a phenomenal job and went as far as opening the door for me. He appeared to be the only one working at the time so I'll give him credit for making some of the best Domino's I've had. Experience and food could not have been better."

"I placed a order and the delivery driver in 2023 with GPS technology couldn't find the house and they cancelled my order. I called the manager at the store and at first she said the delivery driver was new and would bring my food, which was cold after an hour back to me. Thirty minutes later we called back and we were placed on hold and then told that the delivery driver refused to bring the food back after he was unable to find the home and we placed a note in the online order for him to leave it on the porch. The manager then lied and said I cursed to have an excuse to hang up in my ear. All of this after they already charged my card. Young, black, ghetto employees at this location. Don't order from them."

"This location has made a HUGE improvement over the years. My husband and I had so many negative experiences in the past that we stopped ordering for almost a year, decided to give it another chance and I'm so glad w did! Placed a delivery order at 8:15 for a chicken bacon ranch pizza, pepperoni pizza, and a philly cheesesteak sandwich. Food arrived at 8:48 hot and was absolutely delicious!! Kudos to whoever is running the new castle dominos, keep up the great work, will definitely be ordering regularly again!!"
