"We are a late dinner there on 12.30.23 at the University City/ West Philly location. Upon entering, the friendly staff behind the counter proceeded to list more than half a dozen things they were out of and blamed "higher ups" for not supporting them. Again, they were friendly and pleasant, but it was obvious they were frustrated at not being able to have everything that they were supposed to have. One of the many things they were out of was CHICKEN. That was definitely disappointing. I asked one of the staff behind the counter what dish/combination they recommended in light of the missing menu choices. He said he liked the beef and broccoli. So I found a beef and broccoli lo mein on the menu and ordered that dish. When it came out it was very good. However, there were only three or four pieces of broccoli in the container. I've never had that before at Honey grow to compare it to previous times, but it sure seemed like there should have been more broccoli based on the photo on the menu. Regardless, the meal definitely was very tasty and I would order it again. We stayed until they closed and the staff person who came to us and told us they were closing up was very friendly and pleasant. The whole time we were there, there were lots of customers coming and going, mostly takeout/door dash, so they were busy up until they closed the doors for the night. All in all, I would go back, but I would think twice before going in the evening for a late dinner for fear that they would be out of many items on the menu."

"The food was okay but I was expecting a bit more! I ordered the Spicy garlic stir fry and, although it was good, it wasn't that spicy so I was a bit disappointed. I also feel like the noodles to other stuff ratio was a bit off - as it felt like chicken and veggies were swallowed in all of the noodles. To be fair though, a few hours passed before I ate my dish. Also, when I did eat it, I didn't eat it in the original (and cute!) packaging. Therefore, I'm willing to go back and try something else with the hope that it tastes better when eaten fresh. Also, I was very happy with the amount of food given for the price. Regarding service, although I appreciate ordering on the kiosk because I could look through the ingredients more easily before ordering, the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold. The staff didn't really talk and the lack of tables and chairs inside made the space feel a bit uninviting. This was Sunday evening though so maybe they were ready to close early and everyone was tired. Overall, I left a bit disappointed but am willing to go back and give them a second chance!"

"Cheesecake Honeybar is a must that I’ll go back for. Employees are quite loud and there a few disturbing flies. They should keep it clean."

"So packed but well worth the wait. The food is fresh and delicious. Use the kiosk to order. It is faster and easier. The staff works fast and hard to get the orders out quickly. They are not overly friendly but they are nice. They are all running the whole time I was here. I highly recommend eating here."
