"Always willing to help. Ive worn hearing aids for 20 years in 3 states. The service and expertise here is stellar. They have shrewdly hired staff with the tech skills to help when the gadgets don't gadge. Quick turn arounds like no where else."

"Everyone is so nice and make sure you understand what they tell you about my hearing aids."
"I called Wilmington Audiology when I was trying to get my mother tested for hearing loss. There was no question whether she had hearing loss, it was just how much. As a person who has been HOH all my life, I recognized the signs. And age related hearing loss was hereditary in our family. My mom had been putting off this much needed self care diagnosis. I think cost was a big factor. Our whole family was getting concerned, even our father. I moved back to area after being away for 30 years. After some soft persuasion, My mom finally agreed to have her hearing tested. I found Wilmington Audiology in Google search and called. From the first moment I talked with the office staff, there were very supportive of my concerns. Empathetic. My mom had a used pair of hearing aids that were only a couple years old and we wanted to use them so she could try them out first. They would need to be reprogrammed. The office was very accommodating and did not try to talk us into buying brand new hearing aids. My son took my mother to appointment and both my son and mother felt very comfortable. Since I needed a new audiologist as well in the area, I decided to make an appointment with them, since they were so good to my mother. One of my hearing aids wasn’t working. The office fit me in quickly as I need my hearing equipment to function better in society and for work. My equipment just went out of warranty earlier this year too so I had concerns and was hoping it wasn’t a big issue, expensive issue. The audiologist took my equipment and came back into the room shortly after and explained the issue and only charged me $30! I have had hearing equipment for years and plenty of experience and I can honestly say I was wonderfully surprised and very thankful for the care and customer service this office provided to me and family."
