"I took a pair of pants and a shirt to be cleaned and pressed. I picked my clothes up and they don't look like they were cleaned. Stains on the pants and shirt. The shirt was pressed but has a crease down the arm. This was a waste of money going to Sunny's."

"I started taking my dry cleaning to this business. The first time things went well but the second time I experienced disrespect, lack of professionalism and disappointing service. Two of the items were a sweatsuit and a polo shirt. After picking up the items my shirt was faded at the sleeves and shoulders as if some chemical was used on those areas. The sweatsuit jacket zipper was gone. A week later I took the jacket back for repair and I was told it was already that way when they received it. Anyone that know me knows I take very good care of my clothing. The lady at the desk was very nasty in her response and accused me of trying to take advantage of her company. This flooded me. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"My wife and I are traveling to Italy, and we went to Sunny's to have some dry cleaning and alterations done before our trip. We asked her how long the alterations would take and she gave us a date we could pick them up. True to her word, everything was complete when we arrive. She hemmed 5 pairs of pants for me, and they all landed at the perfect length and looked great. On top of that, Sunny herself is an absolute gem! She talked with my wife and I for a good length of time and she was very funny and easy to talk to. If you have need for alterations or dry cleaning...she should be your go to!"
