"I had the absolute nicest experience with these people! I am a first responder and managed to get a little discount. They were super quick to contact me after I did the inquiry form online. First of all, their website is great not like some other people who have html and prices from 2019 posted. Secondly, the owner personally called me to introduce himself and offer to come out. I had him estimate carpet cleaning of a 3 bedroom rancher with minimal items/furniture. I had him estimate for cleaning the 2 bathroom floors too. He told me that in his opinion, the bathrooms looked totally fine. I thought that was very honest clearly they are genuine people who aren't trying to take advantage of you or upsell you. I still opted to have the floors cleaned because I'm lazy, I can afford it, and I hate cleaning. The 2 guys who came out were super nice, polite, professional. I can't really say I'll have them come back soon since this carpet is 5 years old already we will probably rip it up when we have the money lol but I def will recommend them to everyone. Their stuff seemed high tech enough- everything dried in maybe 6 hours or something...? It def would have been a mental breakdown, 2 days of wet floors, and tears if I tried to do this cleaning myself lol. I didn't put an after pic because we moved recently and I don't really have one, just trust that it looks and smells better than before. For what it's worth, the 2 guys also showed up within the time window I was quoted. Kinda like the opposite of cable guys haha. I was very impressed! 10/10."
