"Dropped boots off to be resold in March, after contending with the hassle of having to come back every month to check until the task had finally been completed in July (4 months later). Full price with no discount for inconvenience. The color of the soles were a obvious mix-matched contrast to a standard desert fox brown which is the Army standard of this style of boot. It should be easy to find a matching sole for this boot is in such mass production due to the fact all Army personnel must wear this specification of boot. Also, there are gaps in the layer of adhesive where the (new) ground contacting sole was attempted to be mated to the original sole. These gaps will allow for foreign matter (dirt) to enter the surface that will prematurely degrade the mating off surfaces; negating having the repair done in the first place. With these visually apparent patchy layer of adhesive, the work was unsightly, not tidy and looks like an amateur completed in their garage."
