"Providers are great specially Dr. Witkin. I have been taking the kids here for years because it’s close and love the care they receive but the receptionist Shay is extremely rude and unprofessional every single time I call just like the review below! I could not believe how someone in a healthcare field lacks this much professionalism and over the phone does not even require that much respect and care for your clients. I did let management know as this is not my first time experiencing this bad treatment with her and hope this changes for the better. One bad apple can ruin a whole team!"

"The women who answer the phone are absurdly rude, and when you complain about them, absolutely nothing gets done. They will cut you off when you're trying to explain something and switch you to music without a word. One of the receptionists "triaged" my daughter over the phone and flat out refused to let me speak to someone with a medical degree. Her "diagnosis" was obviously incorrect. I had to call and be just as rude to get them to make an appointment with a doctor who claimed to be appalled by their behaviour and told me what to do. The head of practice simply ignored my email when I tried to contact him about them. The doctors there usually follow up with a phone call after your child's ER notes come through. Not anymore. With my child, at least. I haven't switched because we're moving soon, and also because I've not been hearing great things about other practices either. I just had to call and speak to a receptionist, who was rude to me again. I don't usually write reviews, but those women are horrible, especially Shay. I would say that this practice is a hard, hard, hard pass."

"We’ve been bringing our child here for 6 months and have been consistently impressed with their service and quality of care. Every doctor we’ve seen is patient, unhurried, and clearly answers our questions. The staff and nurses are friendly and good with kids. Additionally, it’s been easy to get someone on the phone and make last minute appointments. Once we’re in the office for our appointment we never have to wait long to be seen to a room or meet with the doctor. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Pediatric and Adolescent Care of Solver Spring."
