"Our gym hired this company for cleaning services, not only did they show up on the wrong day but the gym was supposedly "cleaned" when there was dirt piles left on the floor, equipment not wiped down, dust everywhere, trash cans not emptied, floors not moped (see attached pictures from AFTER the "cleaning"). Very little was done for the "cleaning". They sent the same person back to correct the issues and maybe half of the equipment was then wiped down but no other issues were corrected. The owner stated we needed to show their employee how and what to clean, even though it was outlined in the agreement. The company lacked professionalism, had terrible customer service and did not clean properly. We are extremely dissatisfied in our experience and are cancelling our contract."
