"Colton and Nicholas came to check and clear a clog in our kitchen drain on Friday afternoon. They were right on schedule, and took all appropriate precautions (shoe coverings, drop cloths, etc.) to keep everywhere their work took them in the house clean and orderly. They quickly discovered the extent of the clog, gave me an estimate on cost of the work, and got my okay before doing anything I'd have to pay beyond the dispatch fee. It took quite a bit of time to snake out all of the accumulated gunk in the drain, particularly for the last call on Friday, but they were professional, thorough, and careful to check and recheck their work to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction before they called the job finished. In the end, I was happy to pay the very reasonable charge (which was exactly as estimated) for all the work they had done, and will welcome them back into my home whenever I can get them.
