Lids

"This store statewide is supposed to open at 10am, but this specific location always opens 1-3 hours late!!!! It’s currently 1:30 in the afternoon and it’s still closed!!! This is the second time this has happened to me, but I let it slide the first time but not anymore. Whoever is the store manager for this location should be terminated ASAP!!!!"

"Went it to get a new eagles hat and walked out with 3. Found one of My grandson as well! My dude working was a vikings fan and it was awesome reminding him we took home field advantage away from him for the superbowl"

"It seems to be a ongoing thing with the lids stores. Three different locations the same old song. Today was the most pleasant experience beings though it was only a hour away and the store opened only 2 hours late. Arundel Mills Mall which was nearly a 2 hour drive which said opens at 10 but didn't open til 3 the third experience wasn't the worst beings though it was only a hour late. I spend a great deal of money on lids and don't think I can no longer put up with this madness. It's starting to look to me like it's time to take my show on the road. Thanks lids but no thanks lids."

"Clean store but appears to be a bit empty as of late. I arrived and the front locking gate was shut when there were employees in the back (wasn’t during lunch hours and no time posted of when they would return). This store is semi coming down with the issue of vacant stores in this mall in terms of quality."

"Went in two hours to close and the guy was bragging to a girl about a supervisor being in the store then looked me up and said they had no time to make a hat for me. There's two hours left in the day for this shop what the hell else could you be doing. Poor customer service"
