A Step Ahead

"The bus comes for me around 8:40- 8:45. Today they showed up at 8:01 with no heads up they were coming 40 mins early. Called me once and when I didn't answer immediately left even though I was calling them back 3 mins after their call they couldn't answer my call to let me know what was going on but they emphasize communication if you don't answer the phone for them. Seems very one sided. When I called the main office to finally find out what was going on with the bus they didn't care that they showed up over 40 mins early. I have another child that goes to public school who I have to drop off at 8:00 but they don't care about that either because I should of been psychic and knew they were coming 40 mins early to wait."
