"I had to wait about 20 minutes in the waiting room then after the nurse checked me in I waited another 35 minutes until the doctor came in and all she did was refer me to a urologist. And nothing else was done for my pain."
"Literally are on hold for 20 minutes for someone to pick up and put you back on hold then one last person to pick up and say hold then hang up. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE !! I HATE THIS PLACE AND WISH I COULD USE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR."
