Rite Aid

"11/16 I have been calling Rite Aid since 10am. I finally got an answer from a man who acted as if I was bothering him by calling. I have an infected tooth in which I have been waiting all day for my antibiotic which my doctor called in at 8am but the pharmacy would not pick up the phone to tell me if it was done. And I never got a text message saying that it was. The man answers the phone and tells me. Oh yeah, you have a prescription here. I said yeah, I never got a text message to let me know. It was done because no one put it in the system and it's been there since This morning. It'll be done in an hour and then hangs up on me. Decided he didn't want to hear another word. Probably because I told him I've been calling since 10 AM. I guess he didn't like that. Please don't write under here and try to tell me that it was busy. Because obviously Rite Aid, you don't hire enough people. But I darn sure know you make enough money to have enough workers Working that pharmacy and I bet a lot more people would agree."

"They are the worst. I called at 4:45pm about information for a COVID booster I was told come tomorrow they can’t do it today. It’s best to come between 12-5pm smh. They probably got that big cardboard over the drive through window right now."

"store half is great the manager was helpful. the pharmacy on the other-hand is garbage. never answers the phone. and on the 13th try in 2 days someone does answer, they put you on hold as soon as you start to talk then leave you there for 30 min before just hanging up on you. the pharmacist is rude and condescending. don't even thing of asking for information. you get an eye roll and attitude."

"I’ve been going to this one since 2018 It should be (No Stars). It was a good pharmacy once when Fran the Pharmacy Manager was there. Fran has always fix the problems that no one seems to know what they’re doing at their job. This place has gone to Hell. I never seen so much incompetence in my pharmacy history of my life. I’ve done auto refill all my life and now they’re telling me some of the prescriptions are not on auto-refill and they never told me that or contact me about certain meds that are not. I went there this past Thursday and told them they told me all that that my meds are not on auto refill. That they would be in the next day so I go in Saturday and he said only half of my prescription has been filled. I went off bc they can’t seem to do anything right. They never answer their phones. The phones always have problems. No one seems to care you go up to complain to the front and they say all you can do is call I’ve called I wore out my resources now I’m going to ShopRite pharmacy in upper Deerfield. This place can go to hell."
