"DO NOT GO HERE! I went the day before thanksgiving to do a pre employment physical to start a job and I put on my physical paperwork that I see a cardiologist and another doctor! The doctor wouldn’t sign off on my physical until I got those to doctors to fax info back to pivot doctor. I contacted the two doctors who were to fax the info back to pivot doctor. I then called back the Monday after thanksgiving to check on the status of my physical. The girl who answered the phone informed me that the doctor who started my physical is no longer working there as of November 24 and informed me I would have to start my physical over!! I paid 85 bucks for a physical that couldn’t be completed because the doctor no longer works there! I will not be going back, I WILL be getting my money back and please don’t go to this place! They are horrible!! This is NOT how you run a professional business! Now thanks to them I still can not start my job!! Horrible, horrible example of professionalism"
