"While the treatments are effective, as a business the Center for Interventional Pain & Spine is a mess. First, I've been told for months that someone would call me a day or two after a procedure. This has only now started to happened. I've also been given phone numbers to call with questions. In every attempt I receive a prerecorded message to hold that lasted until I gave up; 30 minutes last time. When I asked the front desk about this, they said “we know it doesn't work” and “… it will never be answered". On several occasions my procedure was denied by Aetna which they knew but never contacted me. I’ve been told on occasion that they should know something by Monday and that I should call them for a status, by the same person that had just told me that my calls would never be answered. I would not recommend this center to anyone."

"I have to say since my husband's journey began,This practice has been amazing. He has seen both Dr. Whoo and Dr.Rafique. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, thorough each and every visit.She treated my husband like a patient and human being. Not as a dollar sign or an insurance claim. If we had a question and didn't know the answer , she would get the answer. She didn't just prescribe medication to dope my husband up. She was honest and Has his best interest at heart.
