"My request for refill was rejected because I did not keep my appointment, these are heart medicines they did not refill my metoprolol. Is this common practice? Or something just done by Dr hats office. This seems serious I was given metoprolol by a heart Dr. To me this is serious and very unfair it's like extortion, if I don't come to your office you hold back my medicine. I will try to get in contact with the office tomorrow today is Sunday. I have a heart doctor for my heart I have a cancer doctor for my cancer I have Dr hats for when I need a Doctor when I have a cold etc etc I shouldn't be made to see him every couple of months or he withholds my medicines. I need my heart doctor to be in control of my meds. Not a regular physician. Tomorrow is Monday I will talk to someone and try to get all my prescriptions shifted back to the heart house to my heart doctor so that I don't have these issues and I'm going to have to look for a new physician because I do not feel like they care for me it's not about me it's about the office visit and it's a shame because I felt like Dr hats was a good doctor I just don't like that that is a practice of his."
