"Wow absolutely the worst Counseling office I've ever had the displeasure of coming to. The office is often dirty and they never answer the phone!!! Several times the counselor called in sick and our appointment was cancelled for our son. On top of that the Counselor in question said she would be here for a long while to establish a trusting relationship within my son and two weeks after saying this She's gone. On to the next better paying job. Here's my favorite part, on a few occasions we had family emergencies and needed to cancel our appointment and SURPRISE no one answered the phone!!!! Now today the tool of a receptionist calls me and tells me they are charging me for missed visits. I don't think so... I shut that down immediately! I will be reporting this office to the State Medical Board, American Medical Association as well as the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere for care... You'd have better luck talking to the drug addicts that hang on It takes a families corner of the street. Smdh"
