"Monday 11/6/23 9:00AM. I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 9:45AM and was seen at 10:15AM. What's the point of making an appointment online if you continue to accept walk-ins? The lobby had so many people that at least 6 people were standing. The perfect breeding ground to get sick. Front desk woman is rude and miserable."

"The place was packed when I arrived and the staff there was super fast and efficient. There is limited seating. The nice thing is they are the only Lab Corp I could find that opens at 6:00.I have had ti frequent this location two times a week and the staff are exceptional."

I would drive to another city rather than go to this office. I sent a review to Lab Corp but they never even bothered to reply to my review. Typical large corporation that does not care."

"Staff could not figure out how to honor online appointment. Prior input of all billing documents had been completed. Confirmation code received. Appointment or testing was not fulfilled. Two female employees had horrible attitudes and discussed how Labcorp needed to figure out how to schedule an appointment online. No regard for client time or resources. No ability to simply honor appointment time. No apology."
