"This doctor also abandoned my son when he need him the most. My son was a teenager at the time, having some personal issues and Dr. Ram, who had been treating him for years told us that, "He can't continue to treat him since he got in serious trouble at school"!!!!?!! What's the matter? Is he afraid that troubled kids might ruin his terrible reputation? If a psychiatrist abandons you when you most need him, who can you trust? He also actually just hung up the phone on me when I accidently called his cell instead of his office by mistake!"

"Patient abandonment is illegal. I initially had a fine experience with Dr Ram and his staff. until....... HIS OFFICE called ME and canceled my appointment due to a scheduling conflict on his behalf... I call to reschedule a few days later and was told I had been dropped as a patient due to missing said appointment. I spoke my case (even saved the office cancelation voicemail) and requested to see Dr Ram in person to attempt to remedy the situation and was refused. They offered no source of replacement. The therapist whom I had been seeing for years (his employee) didn't respond to calls or emails either. PATIENT ABANDONMENT IS ILLEGAL. end of story."

"I had a negative experience with this doctor when I initially saw him years ago. I went back this year and was extremely pleased with his growth. He’s willing to learn. Before seeing him, prepare to be strong and direct about what you want and need and how you’re feeling."

"I had the strangest experience ever here. First: they need new desk help immediately! Whoever is answering the phones there needs to be fired. ASAP. This woman is straight up Rude, they don’t care to call you back, and they’re lazy. She doesn’t even answer the phone properly. 2nd Issue, Dr.Ram, when I first went to him everything was fine. I got a medication, he was nice (smiled to your face) and I got the help that I needed for anxiety / stress. Then, I didn’t see him for 6 months due to travel and I owed him $. Things changed quickly! I do admit that I missed an apt. But no one answers the phones there so you can’t even cancel... you leave a message and pray the lady at the desk (who doesn’t care) gets back to you. 6 months go by without me seeing him. I’m on a long term antidepressant that you CANNOT stop taking. It was prescribed by him. You literally withdraw for weeks if you abruptly stop taking it and the feeling of withdraw is sickening. He cut me off. Straight up, refused to refill my prescription when I came back from vacation. This became an emergency. I called my GP and he sent a dose to the pharmacy ASAP because Dr.Ram ALLOWED.... (no not allowed) FORCED me to withdraw. I will find another psychiatrist or just keep getting my anti depressant from my GP. Thank GOD for my GP or I would have had to stay at home from university and work until the withdraw symptoms went away. I have never ever ever had such a thing happen to me with a doctor, then the staff there too? No way. I’m shocked that they’re still in business."

"The most rude psychiatrist i have ever met..first visit he was quick to prescribe meds and was rushing me...i had a crisis and wanted help with how to prevent a nervous breakdown as my therapist left the practice..i made an appt and when i arrived he had no idea why i was there even though the office claimed to tell him i was urgent the previous day..He cut me off and said he did not deal with my issues and had no idea what to tell me..he also said he was discharging me and i needed to find a new psychiatrist!!!!???? I had just been transferred to him when my previous psychiatrist a wonderful doctor left the practice as well and this was how i was treated. He told me he does not do disability or any paperwork,court cases or anything besides private practice. When i got done i asked for a referral and he literally put up his hand to shush me and told them that i needed to look into it. I pray for the patients he has that actually have a crisis or are about to snap, he could have been the straw that broke the camels back and completely dismissed me and was the rudest doctor ive ever seen"
