"I have been a patient here for two years. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. The nurses on call on the phone have been extremely helpful to me. Doctors made me feel very comfortable. I have never had to wait excessively long. I did have a poor reaction to a medication I was put on that I still do not know why I was prescribed. In the future I will ask more questions and rely on myself for medical decisions instead of just trusting my provider. Will continue to go to the same practice and doctor."

"The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was horrible. HORRIBLE. She was extremely careless while I was in a desperate situation. I have never had an issue with this office before. But after this phone call I will not be returning. Extremely unprofessional behavior when a person is in need. Very disappointing because I liked this office before."

"I have a phobia against Doctors. I have had such a bad phobia of going back to the gyno to check up on myself that 12 years have flew by and I never checked back up with my procedure I had done to remove precancerous cervical cells. Well things haven't felt right in my body for sometime now so I finally mustered up the courage to go get checked out. I have severe anxiety, the kind that paralysis sets in. So I couldn't sleep the night before and ended up taking too many Ativans to calm my nerves. Big mistake. I had no choice but to go this appt. My husband helped me bathe and get ready bc I absolutely could not, not only bc of the paralysis, but bc I over did it with the medication. I go to the appt anyway, embarrassed out of my mind, luckily have my husband to explain for me. Sum it up: Dr. MARSHALL is an excellent Doctor. She still worked with me and keep me calm after I obviously looked in a bad way and she had never meant me before this day. I would definitely love to give praise where it is needed. Thank you Dr. Marshall. I hope to continue this new journey life has thrown at me. I will be sure to be coherent bc you made me feel like I absolutely don't need that medication for my next visit. Your very much appreciated."

"I am currently on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes and counting. I decided to call from a second phone only to find out the office has switched over to the emergency answering service. Calling this office is futile as I have called several times to make an appointment. If I could give them zero stars I would. Since my Nurse midwife left, the practice has been far less personable. This is by far the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a medical provider."

"This review is based on an experience that I had with one of the doctors in this practice, Dr. Marshall. My OB is Dr. Demeo and I’m very thankful for that. He’s the best in every aspect! Dr Marshall though… man she’s rude. I was in labor for three days, she was there on one of the nights. I saw her one time ONE time in the beginning of her shift and that was it. Not only that, the one time she came to my room… I was concerned about what’s going on with me and boy the way she answered me. She was rude and had a nasty attitude. Way to comfort someone during labor for the first time. I do not recommend her, go to anyone else in that practice but not her."
