"My experience in this location was awesome. The 3 individuals that work there create such a welcoming environment. All of them greeted myself and everyone else as soon as we walked in the door. There was always a perfect balance of professionalism and a fun atmosphere. Their personalities were top notch and I really liked how they tried to get to know me as an individual and not treat me like a number. Of course there was some pain as expected with physical therapy but there was a lot of laughter too. They gently pushed me to do my best and with zero judgment. If life happens, they were also good about rescheduling with short notice. Last but not least, it’s so obvious the staff genuinely likes what they do. That attitude put me at ease immediately. As long as I am still living in this general area and some other physical injury happens, I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you."
